The scope of the journal is to provide an academic medium and an important reference for the advancement and dissemination of research results that support high-level learning, teaching and research in the fields of Taxation Law. Original theoretical work and application-based studies, which contributes to a better understanding of Jurisprudence and technical challenges, are encouraged.

2. ILE TLLS aims to focus on legal issues currently being in Taxation Law as well as those being debated international with specific reference to India.
